Mental Health Counseling & Art Therapy
Theresa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR). She provides a person-centered and somatic approach, helping clients navigate their individual healing trajectories. She is trained in EMDR, IFS, FOAT, and mindfulness based approaches. These modalities allow clients to gain a deeper understanding of their mind-body connection.

Energy Healing
As a Reiki Master, Theresa offers a hands-on (and virtual/remote) therapeutic approach that helps balance energetic blockages and assists physical and mental healing. She is also a Quantum Healing Light practitioner, an energy healing modality that enables recalibration of the mind-body connection and heals beyond this physical dimension. Theresa has the ability to channel messages from your guides and higher self during session.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Theresa offers clients guided sessions in Emotional Freedom Technique, simple movements discovered by Gary Craig that can amplify one’s vitality and sustain one’s energy throughout the day.
Crystal Healing
(In Person. Inquire about package deals for both crystal level 1 and 2 sessions)
Theresa is a certified crystal healer and uses crystals as a tool to recharge the electromagnetic energy centers, known as “chakras,” at various points of the body. Theresa intuitively attunes to clients’ physical needs and uses appropriate crystals to facilitate healing.

Crystal Level II - sacred geometry chakra healing, aura cleansing, crystal energetic acupuncture, and selenite wand myofascial release, vogel crystal healing
Flower Healing
(In Person)
Theresa is a certified flower healer and delights in offering flower therapy oracle card readings, meditations, and chakra clearings to clients. Flowers are another powerful healing tool for one’s mind, body and spirit. For these sessions, Theresa hand picks flowers from a florist specifically for your greatest healing. Energy healing can be an ‘added on’ service for this session.
Energy Cord Cutting
Our energy systems are interconnected to everything around us, including other humans. When we come in contact with people especially when we share deep bonds, we tend to pick up other people’s energies. We create cords (unconsciously) that link our vibrations together. These cords can be vital for survival, for example a mother and her baby. However, as we grow into adults, we can sometimes have unhelpful attachments from other people’s energies that no longer serve our higher good. This tends to happen via separation or divorce, after witnessing a traumatic incident, through codependency, or even due to inconsistent or weak boundary setting with others in our lives. The energetic cord cutting will help the client identify the energy cord with the identified relationship. Through the use of Theresa’s guidance and expertise the cord can be disconnected so that the person has their personal energy and freedom back. This technique doesn’t necessarily mean this person leaves your life, but instead it will allow for deeper personal growth and self reflection.
